The Many Faces of WLS
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm thought you were not going to weigh yourself until your 3 month visit? I guess the scale called your name too loud. There could be a litany o reasons why the scale has not moved for a week, but the main one is that your body is going to do what it wants to do regardless of whether your are poster RNY child or not. If you do not want to drive yourself nuts, I would step away from the scale no matter how loud it calls your name Rocky and know that if you are following the doctors rules, they weight will come off. Most likely you will dump a bunch weight all at once and you will be going like what the heck? This is what use to happen for me when I was in my early days of being on the losing side. It was the main reason did stay away from the scale. I use to feel very dejected because I did not lose steady, but would dump a bunch at one time. Don't trip if you are doing what you are supposed to be doing!
“When you find peace within yourself, you become the kind of person who can live at peace with others.” –Peace Pilgrim (1908-1981).
As a new post op, I stayed away from the scales, but now, I stand proud as a scale ho. Your body is just taking a break, Relax, breath and keeping doing what you are doing. One day you will wake up and BAM!!! 5 pounds going, You will step off and on like 20 times before you believe that loss. We all done/do that. I promise the numbers will start moving once agian.
Keep up the outstanding work.

All sounds normal to me... you'll step on the scale and say where the h@ll did these seven pounds drop from in one day? Happens to a lot of us even further out...

My best to you!
