Valley Fever?/Leaks update

Has anyone here had, or know someone who has had Valley Fever? Its possible thats what i have,, and i will have the blood test results back from UC davis next Thursday. I had a chest xray done also and they found a small nodule in my left lung. Apparently, this can happen with this condition. Wondering what others went thru, or felt like with Valley Fever. Remember my post about Leaks? Well, the sickness i have been dealing with for 4 weeks now appears to be this. Dont know for sure, but since they found something in my lung, im hoping thats all it is. Hi, My mother has been suffering from andvanced stages of this disease for over a year now.  For the past 8 years we have been telling her something was wrong.  Last year she was hospitalized with what appeared to be Pneumonia.  They later thought my mother had TB as the masses in her lungs looked like that of a TB patient.  They finally ruled that out and tested for Valley Fever.  She has been out of work for a year now on disability.  She will never be better...she let it go toooooo long.  I have done a lot of research on this disease...and living in the central valley (lemoore) area we have a lot of exposure to the spores.  It seems that if you catch the disease in the early stages it is quit treatable.  The only reason my mom's isn't...is she let it get out of control by not following our suggestions and being hard headed!!!  It is definatley a disease that NEEDS to be treated..so make sure if this is what you have to follow thru with Docs orders!
