I had hit a plateau for a couple months or so, and wasn't really getting down. I upped my work outs, and tried HARD to stay off the carbs. But i stayed away from the scale for a while. After my workout today, I hopped on the scale at the gym and noticed ... i didn't need to use the 200 marker.
I'M DOWN TO 195. MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've lost 120lbs in 8 months!!! I'm so so happy. This means I have only 40 more lbs to go in order to reach my goal. I can't believe it. YAY!!!!
