glad you're feeling better, I'm still temperature sensitive too. I prefer almost all my protein drinks to be ice cold.

I used to love heating up apple juice (when I was allowed to have it - the first week or so after RNY) and put cinnamon in it. I also heated up beef or chicken broth and added lemon pepper to it. I loved the SF Popsicles and the SF Fudgesicles. I love dunking the fudgesicle in a cup of decaf coffee!!
