Looking for a H20 class that'll fit my timeline...

Hullo, everyone! I was at the support group this morning at the Concord John Muir. More like back, seeing how my struggles, and pride, had kept me away for a few months. It was really great to see both new and familiar faces. And, as always, the stories give me so much hope. I don't feel so set adrift in the dark waters of fear, you know what I mean? It's comforting that I'm not the only one out there. Anyway, there was talk abou****er aerobics classes today. I *love* them! But I've been having a really hard time locating one that would fit into my available mornings. I have Tuesday and Thursday mornings opened from 9-1130am. Can anyone recommend a class? I've been looking up various centers and whatnot, but the problem has always been the timing. I would really like to get back to this; I need more cardio but can't take much hard impact on my knees and ankles. My thanks in advance to you lovely people for you kindness and suggestions. I'm new to the board, but I'm looking forward to learning a lot. ~RED

I used to live in Concord and go to the SunValley Mall. There is a 24 hour fitness there. I loved it. I moved to Roseville and go to the one here.  I must say the one in Concord is way better as far as instuctors go!! Good luck Katie
