K everyone who's play'n today?? LND~shrimp taco LNS~nada B~egg, cheese, and turkey bacon burrito S~nada L~pita bread with spread S~popcorn D~chicken vits~on my way to take them now water~work'n on my 3rd bottle excrise~softball game tonight

Oh me LND:  3oz chicken breast; 1/4 cup greens LNS:  1oz german chocolate cake (yup I measure everything, lol) B:  1/2 cup egg beaters; 1oz cheese S:  Micellar Milk & coffee L:  2oz chicken breast; small baby banana S:  .5oz beef jerky; .5oz chips; 2 Tbsp bean dip D:  3oz chicken breast 1/4 cup greens S:  SF popcicle if I start heading toward the cake Exercise:  DONE Vitamins:  DONE Water:  So DONE

I'll Play LND - Slice of turkey, string cheese and 7 pita chips LNS - none B - Worldwide protein shake S - None L - Turkey Slice, Cheese and celery w/pnut butter S - Ice Tea D - prolly more turkey - my new favorite thing and it has no carbs, trying to keep the carbs down. S - maybe part of an orange.\ V -Yes W - working on it E - yep - 1 hour in the pool - it felt awesome.
