Trader Joes vs. Whole Foods

For those of you who have both options near you, which do you prefer and why?  I have both options, and I'm hoping to get some advice!  Thanks!  :)MIchelle

Hi Michelle, I like Trader Joes because they carry Trader Joes crisps. They come in BBQ and Chedder Cheese and they are absolutley delicious. THat is my afternoon snack so I like Trader Joes because of that. Haven't really shopped at Whole Foods but we have one.  Good luck to you. Hugs, Jaime

What are Trader Joe's Cripss? soy chips?

I like both and usally hit Trader Joes first then I go over to Whole Foods. But if I really had to choose it would be Whole Foods for the fresh seafood,meat and cheese counters. I just have to remember to take my cold/hot bags with me as I drive to Fresno from Visalia. Also you can sign up for the e-newsletter that tells you about the special in store.

I think I'm with Jen...I tend to go to both, but for different things? Trader Joes is definitely cheaper, and they have good protein powder, and a lot of the snacky type stuff that we all love.

I like whole foods because you can taste all of the stuff before you buy (and I mean almost everything)!! And I dont know where Trader Joe's is around here:)

Consider yourself lucky!  There aren't any Whole Foods around, but I do love TJs for the Worldwide Protein Drink - it's the only one I can stomach. Lidia
