LOL, poor friend, I wouldn't eat anything either......LOL.....Yes, I do feel not so hungry after my nap, and now I am drinking some cranberry grape juice.  UC Davis said this is the only time we can have juice with sugar.....thank god, it does taste gooooood.    Thank you Annabelle

Go online and search for cute clothes that you are going to buy after you lose some weight!

Search the internet for vacations that you want to take!

Look for a picture of a cute bathing suit for this summer that you will buy when you are thinner!

Go for a walk!

Reorganize your kitchen pantry!

Go to the mall and window shop!

Get out some paper and make a list of post-op goals!

Get out some paper and start a journal!

Start heading to other peoples OH profiles and leave everyone a little note to say Hi!

You can do it! Today is the 2nd and you are having surgery on the 4th, you are in the home stretch, sliding on your side, hands out in front of you, ABOUT to hit home plate!!
