Update Profile Photo

OK, so I know it's been such a long time since I've been on here. Surgery was January, 2004. Started at 270# and I've been at 150# for about (2) years. Anyway, I need to update my profile photo. Anyone know how? Thanks.

You have to upload your photo on a server like photobucket. com and then after you resize the photo there, go to the mainboard here and on the left hand side of the mainboard you will see a link for settings. Then you can upload an avatar there. Done a great job....don't be a stranger for so long!

Thanks Janine. I was able to get the old picture off, but the new one has too many KB's and resolution too big. I have no clue on how to get the new one on. It won't accept the one I want to put up. Any other suggestions? I am so computer stupid.

In photobucket if you edit the photo, you can size it for a messageboard avatar is all I know. I am a techno tard too, but maybe someone here can help you do it like they have for me. Steve J has done it for me and so has Sheryl in CA....hopefully they will read this post and help out! I wish I could help you more!!!
