See you on the other side.......

......of the finish line!!!!!  It seems like just yesterday I was "thinking" about doing a marathon!  Six months has passed, 100's of miles have been run.....and the time is here!!! I just want to take a minute and thank everyone again for the support we've received here.   To all of you who donated.......WOW!!!!!!!!!  Thanks to you we raised OVER our goal of $3000.00 for APLA.  Not only did you help us reach our goal of running a marathon, you have helped those Los Angeles residents living with Aids make today a little bit easier for them.    THANK YOU! To those who have posted such wonderful things to us, I thank you.  Your support has made all of the training so much easier.  To our "waterstop crew" Lynnie and Michelle...... You guys ROCK!!!!!!  It was such a wonderful feeling to know you were out there waiting for us.  Many times I kept telling myself....just get to mile X....you will have friends there.    To those others that came out and volunteered and cheered us on (Steve, Liz, Luana, Helen, Cyndi T)....THANK YOU!!!  Thank you to those of you who sent some much needed music my way!  I can't wait to have new songs to listen to on Sunday!  To all the past OH Marathoners.....I thank you for all the conversations and emails we've had....encouraging me to do this...answering all my questions.  You saved me on so many occasions.  :-) To Coach Scott....the best coach in the world.  HUGE thanks for all you did for us and the other APLA Marathoners.  You are one amazing man who I am so lucky to know.  I can't wait for my pre-marathon glass of wine with you and to see you on the bridge at mile 25!!!   Kevin...........my partner in crime.....what can I say????  This has been an amazing 6 months working toward this weekend....and it's here!!!!  Thank you for never giving up on me, even when I was injured so badly, and for never letting me give up on myself.  WE ARE READY!!!!  Let's go kick some L.A. @$$!!!!     Ok.....I think that's it....I got myself worked up.    LOL!!! THANK YOU OH CALI CREW!!!!!!  I couldn't have done this without you!!!!  See you at the finish line!
