It is so yummy Shells.. there are several ways to make it.. I always go with the traditional way.. ingredients are picking spice, cinnamon, chuck roast, red wine, onion, tomato sauce, salt, cabbage, mint and french bread.. YUMM YUMM.. lol if you look it up you can google the Title 'Holy Ghost Soup' and that should bring you to the original recipe.. Hope you have a great weekend!!

Hey Vicki.. I love soupi****s the only thing I learned from my mother in law that I want to remember.. lol So today I went out and got the stuff I needed that I didnt have.. and OMG my mouth jus****ers thinking about it.. lol But then I looked up the nutrition on it.. it has 36 grams of Protien per serving.. WOW.. but the fat grams are extremly high.. 45 per serving.. WOA.. lol and I was too afraid to look at the calories..  But I am gonna give it a try tomorrow and pray I can still eat it.. I see I started a little craving here on the board.. lol now everyone is gonna be making it.. lol YUMMMY
