LND~navy bean soup and salad

LNS~SF pecan ice cream it made me won't have that again.

B~protein, coffee and milk

S~mixed nuts and grapes

L~ham with cheese roll up

S~not sure yet maybe some more nuts

D~not to sure my night is crazy so maybe nothing

vits~ O crap I need to go take them now
water~ on my second bottle
excrise~ walked the campus at school

Hey girlfriend I'll play today but there is not much to put down LND - 1/2 a turkey sandwich LNS - 3 pieces of an Orange B - Protein drink (Unjury with water and CIB) 2 cups of coffee S - none L - None - but I am drinking proteinn - Nectar with water. S - none yes D - Salmon and green beans - will probably eat early since I had no lunch....just wasn't hungry and I was out and about. S - probably none V - yes W - yes almost done E - not yet

Hi Willa...

I can't wait until Friday either! Okay - here goes...

LND: Homemade chicken soup (only chicken and veggies, I don't put any carbs in it)

LNS: Two chocolate kisses

B: Coffee, spoon full of peanut butter (craving peanut butter for some reason)

L: Egg-white omelete with crab, cheese, avocado and salsa. (I figure the egg whites offset the cheese and avocado)

D: Probably more turkey/vegetable chili

V: yes
W: not good - getting a bottle right now
E: nope

I like playing with you guys... LND:  Umm tasting the home-made German Chocolate Cake icing... LNS:  2oz tuna B:  Cup Micellar Milk Chocolate w/coffee
L:  To many tortilla chips guessing 3oz & salsa & 1/2 cup refried beans
S:  Some crumbs from the German Chocolate Cake (I didn't have a piece...so proud)
D:  who knows I have my FULL lunch order.  I have yesterdays dinner which after making a German Chocolate Cake for a coworker I just didn't want to eat...

Water:  Always
Exercise:  We walked to and from the restaurant about 1 mile
Vitamins:  Got a few but they'll be gone in a minute
