I did my pre-op appointment today at UC Davis, and it took about six hours! I am ready......

I should get a call on Monday (the day before) telling me what time my surgery is and what time to be at the hospital. I can not believe this is going to happen.........2 years and 10 months waiting. So many emotions I have experienced, and so many life style changes. My highest weight was 355 lbs and now I am 318 lbs.........OMG........I haven't been this weight in over 2 years. NEVER GIVE UP .. 355 higest, 312 WLS day, 135 current, no longer OBEASE,, lost 220, and IM AT GOAL!!!!!!

I'm so excited for you Annabelle! I know it feels like it has taken forever to get where you are, and you certainly have done great! Shoot, you've almost lost 40 lbs all ready!!! That is awesome in it's self!!!

Gosh I was at UC Davis yesterday too. My nephew is in the pediatric ICU. Poor baby is only 2 weeks old and he has spinal meningitis. (sp) He's getting better now but they expect him to be in there for another 3 weeks. He's so cute!
