Scrambled Eggs

Today I ventured out and decided to try a REAL scrambled egg.  I have heard such horrer stories of people not being able to tolerate them.  I added a smidge of 2% mozz cheese to them when I beat the egg up and cooked it until just fluffy!  It went down great and hasn't bothered me a bit.  I think the cheese kept them moist!!!   I love eggs!!! Hey CHeri Glad the eggs went down well - I never had any problems with eggs they were one of my staples in the beginning - that and instant mashed potatoes that come in the foil type packet - you just mix them with boiling water and voila - get about 6 meals out of one package of potatoes and there are lots of flavors - alot of times the stores have them on sale for $1 a package. Congrats on your great success so far.  You are doing great -  Well I am off to jury duty - have a great day.

Cheri-You can eat regular eggs, you go girl.  I am not able to tolerate them very good and have gotten used to the egg substatute, I think cheese is the key though.  Sharon

Hi Santa  :) Glad to hear you can do eggs - at your point, I could not.   The mini crustless quiches are good - and you can add LOTS of yummy stuff as you progress in stages.   And they are great for mornings when you are in a hurry (after you have to go back to work)    Sounds like you are doing great!

Hi Ya Cheri....

Eggs are hit and miss with me, real or otherwise, just because they went down good today don't mean they will work tomorrow. Sucks! I love eggs and keep trying them. Today was a good day. Yum Yum!. I always put a bit of cheese, and don't over cook them.

Keep up the great work.
