Hi Janine and Cali Crew...
I'm down to 147... just 2 away from my low goal... I may bring it down lower though...
Lost two lbs. this week... getting all my protein and water in along with vits and sups... weight training has made all the difference in sculpting this old bod. I'm gonna keep at it... great momentum... full of excitement here... hiking again on the weekend as the weather is fabulous!

Doormat signing in here! The shrink says I am a doormat and I need to stand up for myself more often and to not let people take advantage of me. Ya think? I paid her $200 to tell me this???????????
Didn't weight this morning, but don't feel as though I have lost anything. The 10's arestill very tight and the 12's still very loose.
The trainer didn't show last night so did some exercise on my own and that felt pretty good.
Happy Wednesday to all - it certainly isn't morning anymore, that's for sure!

Just had to stop in & tell you congratulations on your super weight loss to date. What an inspiration you are to the Cali board. Wow, your rockin your tool. Your mentioned that you weigh & measure your food. If you don't mind sharing, about how many oz. of different kinds of food do you eat? Are you counting calories too? Keep up the fantastic work!!

3 ounces of protien per meal and the veggies and fruit are all determined by the amount of carbs are in what I eat. I keep my carbs to approximately 40 per day.
