Hey Lu Lu Belle............ That link doesn't seem to work and I can't find how to get to the group page.  But I'm probably in for the 5K but I won't run it.  I'll walk it.  I hate running.  Like walking....hate running.  Oh by the way did I mention, I hate running. xoxoxox Stephie

I am ALL over it Lu!    D and I are going to use the "Couch to 5K" printout we handed out at the IE Loser's support meeting Saturday to prepare!       Hey all you IE Loser's... make sure you attend the March 22nd meeting so you can join in the FUN!!!!

Is the "couch to 5K" printout something you can share here or tell me where to find it?
