water aerobics in high desert area

For those interested we have water aerobics in the High Desert at Rancho Physical Therapy Bear Valley Rd&Apatite, right behind Carpeteria. The classes are 5 bucks each and we have classes M-F at 6pm and Tue,Thur at 1 pm and Sat at 10am. They last about an hour and all instructors try to get there 1/2 hour prior to class and you can get in the pool then. You have to purchase a punch card prior to 5pm from Brenda at the front desk. We have only 3 rules!
1. NO Drowning (deepest part of pool 5 ft)
2. You must have FUN
3. No peeing in the pool!!!!!!

Hope to see some of you there it is always fun and GREAT exercise, even for those waiting for surgery!

wait, did you say we can or cannot pee in the pool? lol i am so happy to see this cuz i love aqua aerobics and those times are perfect for me . i go to 24 hour fitness and their classes are too early. well i hope i get to see my high dessert homies there lol

That is great. I normally instruct on Wed and Fri.
