My WOW Moments!
Hi all! I haven't posted in awhile & figured I was due! Life has been on warp speed these past 6 months. I'm down 90 pounds...my Dr. wants me down 20 more...I'm good with that.
It's strange how people don't comment for the first few months and all of a sudden...BAM...everyone notices.
Last week I had someone comment that I looked younger (that's always good), and someone else said I was "looking fabulous and radiating"..I think it was the green eyeshadow I was wearing...LOL! Sometimes the compliments are embarassing & I just don't know how to respond!
This surgery has been such a positive thing for me & I feel like the old me is coming back. I finally figured out how to post pics...check them out if you'd like!

Jennifer you have done awesome and can I say...YOU LOOK AWESOME too!!! And for the record....you were not hideous looking....don't be so hard on yourself. Keep up the hard work....20lbs is nothing in the grand scheme of things!!!!

Boy...you girls are night owls!!! Thank you for your kind words. As confident as I seemed to others when I was pre-op, I was actually pretty insecure. I dreaded meeting friends or co-workers of my hubby's and I always got uncomfortable at family or friends gatherings, because I felt like the largest in the room. The mind is a powerful thing and sometimes we psych ourselves into ridiculous thoughts.
I'm feeling good about myself....physically and mentally...this surgery has been so rewarding and I would recommend it to everyone in a heartbeat!
