Has anyone ever tried Nutrisystem. I'm trying to lose weight?

It's very pricey so I would like to know if anyone has any other suggestions?

Hi and welcome to the Cali board! I have not tried Nutrisystem myself but my aunt has. She had very good luck with it. Not the greatest tasting but it worked. Good luck! Sue

What do you recommend. I don't qualify for a lap band. So I'm kind of in a catch 22

I would recommend weigh****chers as well. I know several people who have been successful with it. I think any program that limits carbs/fat, has an exercise routine, and a way to stay accountable can be successful.

Have you tried Weigh****chers?  My sister lost 80 lbs 3 years ago and has kept it off. Cheri

If it's a weight loss support group you're looking for, try TOPS....Take Off Pounds Sensibly.  You can do a google search for a meeting place/time in your area.

I personally think Weigh****chers is WAY over priced.  TOPS membership is $24/year and whatever the chapter dues are (my chapter is $5/month).  MUCH more affordable ......

Best of luck......

I've really liked Weigh****chers.  If you buy the monthly pass it's 39.95 a month, and you get free etools (access to online point info and trackers, recipes, etc.)  And the message boards are fun, too.

Good luck!

Check out Medifast. It is a meal replacement program--I dropped like 40 lbs in 3 months on it. Good luck!

Go to QVC.com & check out Nutrisystem. They seem to have good prices on everything.
