Sugar Free Fudge Pops

Doea anyone eat these???  I have been eating one for a snack in the evening.  I love how they give me that chocolate fix that I want...they are cold and smooth going down.   Cheri

Yep, I ate them too.  But, also had my first dumping experience after eating them.  I know they were sugar free- but I may have eaten two or something in a row and , sweats, sleepytime and all.  It was so long ago though, so I dont really remember if it was because I ate too many or just that the sugar alcohols got to me.   I have since given up all ice cream.  Maybe a bite or two from the kids', but it is immediate nap time if I have more than that.

I've had them 2 days in a row.  These don't have Alcohols in them...and no sugar.  They are YUMMY.  No ill side affects from them either...YEAH!  I still get my "Chocolate fix" with them too!!! Cheri

Oh I love those! I started eating them pretty much right away and have never had any problems. They are so yummy and like you said, you get that chocolate fix!

Hi Cheri, I do eat these for a special treat. I eat only 1 of them though. 40 calories and they still have some carbs so I limit myself to about 2 a week.  I agree, it does give you that chocolate fix and they are very satisfying. 

These are SO addictive that I gave them up for Lent this year!  It is easy to only have one or two right after surgery, but the further you get out these are so good it is hard to stop after two.  Good Luck! Susan
