Hi Chris Everyone is talking about those soy crisps. I am going to go to Trader Joes after work and try them out. I wonder what the carbs are in them??? Thanks Chris, have a wonderful evening.

Jaime- I just threw the bag away this am but I believe it was 7 or 8 grms- but that is for 18 chips- that is quite a portion so do 1/2 and still feel satisfied and still get some protien---- Chris            Can we go to Rosene's?????? Chris

What I keep in my pantry...These I will get at either the big box stores or at the local health food store:  Dry roasted peanuts, plain walnuts, plain almonds, plain sunflower seeds, plain pumpkin seeds, roasted soy nuts.  Sometimes I will mix them all with raisins, alot of Cherrios, wheat thins, triscuits, Go Lean Crunch, and banana chips into a mix I will nibble on through out the day.  Just small amounts...But I am a pretty active person so I am able to burn it off.  Brian

I love them too!  In fact, I go nuts!.....I eat them but in moderation. They are good, salty and cuts that crunchy craving.

That is so funny you say that I crave peanuts too.  I was wondering what is up with that because I never ate peanuts before surgery. So if you going nuts I am going with you!!!!  HA Just wonder what that is about Hug

Ok so I've rediscovered my love of Hot N Spicy Pork Skins.  I usually only eat 1/2 oz at a time for 80cal, 0carb, 7g protein.

If not the Hot N Spicy then there is always the plain.  I never was a plain fan.  Either one definitely good for the crunch and salt factor!!  YUM! Ms Shell
