I hope you all slept as good as I did. Boy, there is just something about peace that let's you sleep so soundly. Peace and prayer works wonders. Sure seems good after 2 years! Are ya up yet? Got your pits sprayed and your grits ate? Time to get at it! Our challenge for today is to let go of the grudges. Why hang on to extra baggage such as a grudge. Grudges only hurt in the long run. If someone does you worg, let it go righ then. Don't harbor it. Don't let it build inside you. No matter what they have done, let it go. You significant other, you children, your parents, your coworker or boss. Even our best friends. Let GO of the grudges today and FEEL the WEIGHT JUST LEAVE YOUR BODY! Forgive and forget! Is it really worth it? Division among us is not designed to be part of our lives. It's learned. I'ts not a natural affection that is part of our make up. We are taught to love and to forgive. Let those 2 things rule today in your lives. Soon, you'll be asking "what was it they did to me"? Let it GO! So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm enjoying some awesome Blueberry Cobbler Coffee. I wish I could share a cup with all of you! One of these days......... Ya'll have a blessed and wonderful grudge forgiving day!!

Good Morning Randall......

I have learned to let go of my grudges a long time ago. It was something Whoopie said. That she would walk around very pissed at someone, then she would see them, and they didn't know she was mad at them, because they forgot about something so small, and non importment to them, so she wasted all that time being mad at someone that didn't even know she was upset. That hit home with me so I stopped. IF I am mad at you, I will tell face to face, then its out and over.

As for what I am sipping on. Just coffee nothing spaical this morning
