L - 1/2 a sliced deli chicken sandwich with alpine lace swiss
S - Hard Boiled egg
D - not sure yet - maybe a chicken skewer from Trader Joes

W - not done yet

I had an awesome breakfast today....In fact, I've been having it everyday.
Breakfast: Egg Mc Muffin from Mc Donald's....Yes! MC DONALD'S...Yeah! I'm normal.....and a LARGE coffee with cream.....YUM!
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Steamed vegetables and chicken from a local chinese restaurant
Snack: Ummm nothing
Dinner: Left overs from lunch
Snack: Protein Shake
Water is good today and all done with vitamins
Exercise? Of course....tonight I'm doing kickboxing
