Good morning Janine and Cali! Thanks for the shout out Janine but you did forget one very important thing.....How is YOUR back doing today? any better???? Sammi was doing well on the new meds but is actually back on the one the insurance won't pay for right now. DH accidentally got the full inhaler mixed up with the almost empty one and it got tossed. We can not re-fill it yet because it is too soon. Well.....we had sammi back at the Dr. for ear pain and mentioned this, he was going to give us a sample of the one that got tossed but he didn't have any either. He gave us a sample of the first one that worked so well to get us through until we can fill the one she will be using all the time. Sorry that ended up so drawn out and complitcated. Yikes! Sammi does send smooches your way and you know her grandparents are having a blast with her. She was sooooo excited to be able to stay the night over there. DH and I did get some much needed time together yesterday evening. He was up and off to work at 4:30 this morning and I got to stay in bed. No kid, no hubby, no reason to get up, so I didn't!!! I was in the bed for 12 hours and it felt GREAT! Today, I almost hate to say, is all about me. I am going to get a mani and pedi and I'm going to see if I can get a facial too. I don't have an appt and I'm not sure if they take walk ins. Heck, I'm not even sure if they are open! LOL Ok, more coffee for me, I feel like half the day is gone already and I'm still in my pajamas. Hope everyone enjoys their day! Sue

Morning! Back is doing okay, so far today.  Stiff as always, but a good stretch should help out some.  How about you lady?? Yes, Mikey did good with the flowers.  It was a little bit of a misunderstanding/hassle to get them, but they are gorgeous.  I have the best husband on the planet, bar none. The pouch test DOES work, kids.  It really helped me to get in tune with my body again and how that full feeling comes along, that you just need to STOP eating.  Not sure if I have lost anything more, but I can tell you that any bloating I had from the bad carbs is gone.  Really kind of trippy to see my body in the mirror and not look so big.  It is hard to explain.  I do not have a flat tummy by FAR- but, it has gone waaaaaaaaaaay down.  Maybe it is my imagination? I dont know.  But, clothes are fitting differently that is for sure and I dont seem to have such a roll popping out of the top of my jeans.  Well, off to the shower and then to the grocery store- yippee.  It is a gorgeous day out right now.  Bummer to think that the later part of this week calls for rain.  But, we just have to enjoy the sunshine while it is here.  I am SOOOO ready for spring!!   Okay, i hope everyone has a great day and can enjoy their time off (for those that have it off!) hugs to all, Vicki

Happy Monday Janine & Cali Crew,      Thanks for the "shout out" Janine- yes my oldest grandaughter turned 5 on Sat- oh how grandma is having an issue with the number 5 ( that means kindergarten). She had a Snow White party and it was just so much fun!  They had one of those jumpy things out front which meant lots of screaming girls and then Snow White came to the party and played with the kids for over an hour- the kids were just fascinated with her!  I am going to put a couple of pics from the party on my profile because I can't figure out how to put it here!        Yesterday was a lazy morning, then in the afternoon DH and I went to pick up the tables and chairs that they rented back - then since DH had to work on valentines day, he took me to Olive Garden for an early dinner- I just love thier salad and had no problems with it- then we went to see the movie Jumper.  We were through and home by 8 so it was pajama time and watch some tv.       Today is another lazy am- I need to go to the grocery store- hoping the family can come over today for a BBQ- the weather is just soooo nice.                  Enjoy your last day off everyone- get some rest Janine!!!!!                                                 love you all, Chris Diane C- wishing you the best tomorrow- I will be thinking of you and sending prayers- I wish I was closer so I could help take care of you- but I know Dougie will do a great job!!!
