WDYET? - Sweetheart's Day Edition
Well everyone, the day is about half over...how are you doing?? Are you tempted by chocolates in the office today? Getting all your water in?? Has your sweetheart sent you flowers?
I was a bad girl yesterday, I got the munchies and gave into temptaion when I ate some potato chips. The details are in my blog. Even today, I'm still getting back to a 100%.
LNS - single serving bag of salt & vinegar chips. (used to be my favorite PMS treat as a pre-op, NOT ANYMORE!)
LND - only water....the chips ruined my day
B - decaf coffee, milk, protein powder
s - worldwide protein shake
L - spicy tuna sashimi salad
s - nothing, water
D - shabu shabu for dinner tonight!!
Exercise - not likely
Vitamins - done
Water half done, working on it

Hi Monica, Don't beat yourself up over those chips!!! I had 1 hershey kiss earlier today and feel very guilty about it myself. LNS - 1 tablespoon of peanut butter LND - Shrimp taco, small corn torilla
B - Protein drink
s - 1 oz. nuts & 1 Hershey Kiss
L - .25 chicken breast, a few brocolli bits
s - Fuze drink (Slenderize) Blueberry Rasberry
D - Not sure yet
Exercise - Supposed to work out with my BFF but thinking about changing my mind since I have a support group meeting later tonight.
Vitamins - 1/2 way done
Water - ummmmm lets see... only 27 oz so far
