Fruit
Hey Jamie!
In the early weeks when I was drinking shakes daily, I would put a banana in them to add flavor and never had a problem, but I never had a real piece of fruit until I was about 7 or 8 months out and had a 1/2 of an orange...no problem. I have also had a few grapes and apples...no problems. I guess it will be like Steve said...you will just have to try and see how you do. Fruit really fills me up for some odd reason, so start slow!
