Good, I came up to campbell River on Sunday and didn't think I would need my pain meds I was wrong I have a pain in my abs under my left rib that's just taking time to heal. I'm having some trouble getting all my protein and water in and I just noticed that I'm allowed fat free sugar free frozen yogurt it's not on my allowed foods list but it's on the sample menu needless to say I went out and bought some immediately.
i have a friend who sells herbalife and she had a protein drink mix that was mango peach for water that has helped a bunch for me to get my protein in and my unflavoured whey for soups.

I guess I should stockup too. I met with Dr. Z Saturday and she told pre-op diet for 2 weeks, I was told 3 by my surgeons office. I'm excited I'll be able to enjoy Mother's Day with my mom and siblings. Weeks are going by quickly and I'm getting excited. Have to order all my liquid vitamins this week. Has anyone ordered Genepro protein?

Glucerna six packs are on for $7.99 at Superstore (limit of 4) so I stocked up by purchasing 3 separate lots of 4. I have 72 of these in my garage now, lol. I used the coupons from signing my fiance and I up for the Glucerna club on-line and saved a ton of $$ :)
I'm ready to start pre-op diet as soon as I'm told to. My Upper GI is scheduled on the 28th and then when Dr Lam gets the results we will have a phone consult and hopefully a date! They asked if I could be ready to go with less than the 5 weeks notice they like to give and I said Heck Ya!!

that is great!!! once you get the OK from the surgeon its a matter of months. My surgeon is Dr. Malik, from the time I got his OK and to my surgery date was 3 months. Good luck!! I have my fingers crossed for you.
That was me!! You were looking over at me and your dad and Mike were heading down and I thought I bet that's Sam lol that's hilarious I was just waiting for my mom to pull the car up. It's getting better every day. That's crazy!!
