Topic: RE: Heading to Richmond again

I am actually heading down for another appointment next week.  I am staying at my dad house in Surrey (he is just off highway 15 on 68 Ave) would love it if we could arrange to meet up some time.  This is going to be another quick visit as I arrive on the 28th, have appointments on the 29th and am heading back home that same day as I have to work the following day.

Anybody else interested in a quick get together next week

If you contact Garratt Wellness Center, they can give you information on the nutrition course. It is 7 weeks and you meet once a week. The program is called Winning at Losing and it was developed by Nooshin who is the dietitian there. The program has a fee of $80 so I am sure anyone who signs up and pays the fee can do it, regardless of whether or not you have already had surgery.  The surgeons at West Coast Bariatric Clinic require their patients to participate in this program prior to surgery. Well my surgeon did anyway. Hope this helps.
Cheers

Hope you feel better soon - sounds painful.  Get lots of rest and antibiotics!
