Courtenay WLS Support Group meets on the last Monday of the month from 6:30-8:00 in the Family Services building on the corner of 14th and Cliffe Ave.

The liquid diet is only the beginning!! And I found at some points it was the hardest part. Just keep focused on the goal of the surgery and you will do it!!!! Good luck with your surgery and can't wait to welcome you to the looser's bench.
