I'm still alive

 haven't been very active on OH lately - its too frustrating seeing all the Americans getting their VSGs so quickly when I still haven't had a consult :-(

still plugging away at all the stuff to do and learn...haven't lost much (25 lbs) but I'm going to physio for my knees to get them into better walking shape.
