Where to buy sugar free Torani or da Vinci syrup in Vancouver area?

Hi--newbie here...I have to go down to Vancouver on Monday and was wondering if anyone knows where to buy sugar free Torani or da Vinci syrup for a reasonable price?  Here on the Island it's around $15/bottle, IF it can be found.  I don't want to order it and don't want to dart down to Bellingham (though the temptation exists @ around $4/bottle) because of time constraints.  Any help would be appreciated!  

 I've found it sometimes at Winners for $8. Gourmet Warehouse on Hastings at Clark has some flavours at around $12.

Starbuck's has their own brand/version of sugar free...can't remember price though....

 starbucks is about ten bucks. also check other coffee shops :
