Anyone else in the Surrey area?

I'm 2 years out and getting lazy. I'm looking for someone who wants to work out together.Water aerobics at N. Surrey rec center, belly dancing....whatever...email me at [email protected]

I live in Surrey only I am not quite ready to work out until Dr.N clears that for me. I would be interested in water aerobics....I am not at the belly dancing stage..LOL wouldn't want to scare people! I heard Zumba is also a great work out.

I am hoping to be ready to go by the end of May. I am having a couple of issues right now and have to have them looked after first. I am only 7 weeks post op so my journey is just beginning. Good for you for staying on top of your weight and taking care of it right away!

Congrats on your surgery!!!!
I put my back out last week, so haven't been able to do anything:((
I just bought a home gym too, and I have a punching bag.
If you want to do something in private opposed to being at a public gym, your more then welcome to come over. I'm in Whalley.
Once my back is better, I'll water aerobics with you :)
