Anything new with weight loss surgery

Hi I haven't been on here for a while and was wondering if anything is new with the WLS??
I now have support, so I can start my proses.
Does anyone know the Doctors name in Richmond that is signing the out of country forms?
Or any other new news.

Dr. Sampath and Nyguen are the surgeons in Richmond. Not sure if they are signing out of country forms though

Hi Kell:
I waited less than a month for my first appointment with Dr. Sampath, back in March.  My surgery will be in 6 days, on Monday, October 3rd.  I think the wait list is longer than that now, but it is still shorter than anywhere else, on Canada.

I believe that Dr. Sampath is now booking his initial consultations into Jan/Feb 2012, not sure about Dr. Nguyen.
