I am three years post op,if you have any questions

I remember how important it was to t alk to someone who had the surgery and did great.  If anyone has any questions of how I did itt and what my life is like now plese go ahead and ask.  This was one of the best things I ever did for myself... and the people who love me.

Well, first let me say congratulations! And you are gorgeous! I wanted to know how much you spend on vitamins and supplements each month and which ones do you take? Also, what do you eat on an average day? How much exercise do you do? OK, these are all the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Thank you so much for reaching out!
