Does British Columbia include Bogota?

Hello, I am right at 3 years post op RNY surgery hving lost 180 pounds.  My question is that I am looking to have plastic surgery and trying to research, get information, opinions and prices and maybe email or speak with former patients.

Not sure where British Columbia is, but does anyone know of any plastic surgeons credit worthy, wise, experienced and not a joke?  I had RNY in Bogota, Columbia and the place I have/had chosen will not send me a price to their place.  Not good business and I have contacted the home office and requested information and still have not recieved it so therefore, I am not going with that business.

British Columbia is in Canada. We are on the West Coast of North America just above Washington State.

Many people here leave the country for Plastics as our medical system is not very good when it comes to paying for plastic surgery.
