I'm looking for Sim phone number

Hi  all i was wondering if any one might know Sims phone number, she left me one but It says it no longer working? Has anyone heard from her? Is she alright?
She was going to help me with my OFC forms..
It's time now to send them in and I really want to make sure I do it right the first time..
If anyone else has the time and feels like helping me I would really  appreciate it!
