Once you see him the first time and he tells you that you are a canadate.
Then there are some other Doctorsand tests you have to see and deal with.
If all of them say ok then they book you for surgery. The whole process takes about 4 months depending on the availability of the other Doctores and tests. So you are probably looking at a total of 6 months. I've had my respiratory test and am going to see 3 othe Doctors this Month.
I already have a surgery date. Hope this helps.

Hi there,  I was just wondering if you have had your appointment with Dr. Rusnak yet?  Also do you know what your BMI has to be before they will consider doing the surgery?  And one more question did he tell you how long you could expect to be off work or expect to be feeling good by.
