Hi Sim Glad to hear you are back home. Hope you had a great time. I`m sure you did LOL. I`m also so happy for Janice I hope all is well with her. Well I `m down to 200 pounds now. I have not been 200 for about 15 years now. I`m down a total of 85 pounds and lovin every moment of it. So is my husband LOL. Well I`m off on Vacation again so I will check in again in September. I am glad Sim is back too.  I have not had a chance to connect with her since my surgery but I hope to do that this weekend.

Congratulations on getting down to 200 pounds.  I remember how great that feels and am very happy for you....and your husband.  LOL    Hope you have a good vacation
