From an Ontario girl

Hello! I'm not in Ontario, but was in BC for 16 years. In Ontario, the MSP pays for surgery out of country in the USA. Is MSP in BC doing the same? What are the waits like for surgery? Is it a long process to get approved??? I'm asking because a lot of people that I know in BC, are asking me questions about the process, and I'm referring them to this site, but I really don't know how it works in BC.
