Desperate for info in Saskatchewan

Hi everyone! I sure hope someone out there can help me. How do I find out what surgeons in Canada participate in the inter-provincial Billing agreement. (I think that is what it's called) I have a hit a brick wall. I am desperate for information as to what I do now that I have the referral from my doctor. My situation becomes worse as the days pass. I am a single mother of a beautiful 1 year old daughter. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and now my health and my sanity are a steak, my daughter deserve to have her mother around. She is become increasingly more active, and I just can't keep up. Please help. Sandy
