Hi about plastics in Canada

I live just across the boarder in Washington state. I know that people in the past have gone up to Canada to have dental work ect done cause it was less exspensive. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to look into plastics say like in Vancouver. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.
