Alright, I skimmed the info on this page and I doubt that we have anything like a class action suit. www.lawyers-bc.com will list a bunch of lawyers that might be interested in us vs the BC health policies. Ya never know.

Hi Janice, I have emailed Mr. Lerner. At the bottom of his page it talks about a lawsuit against UBC hospital regarding the loss of frozen sperm. I was taking a chance that if they sued the hospital that we can sue BC Healthcare & the VCHA. I'll wait for a reply and post it when I get it. Sarah

Hi Sarah, I guess the reason I would like to seek legal council is to find out what my rights are as someone who has been paying into the MSP for over 10 years. The info on the MSP website was very ambiguous about patient/payee rights. Hmmmm, maybe I should email MSP and ask them what my rights are. And what their responsibilities are. Yep I will do that and let you know what I get from them. Janice
