support groups

Hi Leanne, Like Sarah mentioned there are 2 support groups that meet. One in North Vancouver and the other in Langley. I have not had a chance to go yet but I am hoping to try and make the next meeting in North Van. It is held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Lion's Gate Hospital. I think it is 6:30-8:00 pm but I am not 100% sure so check first. The other one is in Langley on a Saturday morning around the end of the month. Check Dr. A's website under support meetings/groups for details. An e-mail goes out a few days before to remind people. I will double check and then I will e-mail here in a day or 2 with the exact details. Thanks for your support to us pre-ops and you look amazing. You are an inspiration to us. Hi Leanne, Yes that's me. Wow what a small world. I work at the YMCA Child Care Resource and Referral office right now but I have been teaching ECE to adults for over 10 years at several local colleges. Did you apply to become a licensed not required care giver recently? There is a person who has the same first and last name as you and lives in Burnaby who applied for membership and was interested in doing child care in their home. We have their file in our office and I was wondering if that was you? Hey, anytime you want to go out and have coffee or something, let me know. I checked the next support meeting should be next Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at Lion's Gate Hospital in Seminar Room C Mtg Room. Yep! That's me. I applied and then changed my mind due to the hassles. I would love to go next tues, but unfortuanly we have dinner at my MIL's house. Maybe the next one.

Hi Everyone, There is WLS meeting a Langley memorial on October 23 from 10:30- noon in conference room #3 for anyone that is interested. They do not have to have Dr. Amson as a surgeon. Sarah
