Possibly moving to Victoria...

Hello, My husband is in the Naval reserve and is also a teacher. He could be posted to Esquimalt...I am a high school teacher as well, in Ontario. I visited Victoria in May and (of course) I fell in love. I have a few questions, if anyone could answer them? --what are teaching jobs like in Victoria? Scarce? --I need to get in touch with a good real estate company that I can access by computer--any suggestions? --which areas are the best to live? Thank you so much for your help! Marcia
