Dr Woodhead

Anyone out there who has had the Lapband procedure done with Dr Woodhead in Delta B.C. I would love some feed back on if he is good, how long does it take to get in, what sort of tests he requires pre op etc. Please post here or email me at [email protected]. Thanks so much! - Kirsty

Hi Kirsty, I first saw Dr. Woodhead February 2005. I saw him about once every three months, (I live in Prince George, an 8 hour drive away****il December when he told me that he did not have access to perform the surgery we had been discussing. However he did send a letter of referal to the "Out of Country" people and I have now been scheduled for surgery in Seattle. Some of the tests I had done were for Sleep Apnea, Gastro-intestinal scope, several blood workups and other ones. He is very good at getting tests done. I don't know if he is actually performing surgery now or not, but suggest you ask him what his expected waiting time is. Fran

dr woodhead only does fills for his own surgery patients
