Hello, I have been denied by my insurance co. and believe their decision to deny was based on a minor reason. I have followed all the criteria, and the criteria has changed from the initial list of requirements sent to my pcp. I have additional data for my appeal, however any or all info and/or suggestions to help with my appeal is appreciated. Thanks  smck_52

My PCP is Dr. Ted Faro in Goodyear/Avondale area. He's awesome and very supportive! He's with Abrazo Health Care and his number is (623) 882-9161. I totally recommend him. :-)

Does anyone know where the old AZWLS mailing list went? There does not seem to be much activity on it any more. And a lot of spam. I am trying to find someone from there I met at a support group. Sorry to be a bother!

Thanks for the info.  I talked with a patient coordinator for another plastic surgeon this am.  He was one of the surgeons she mentioned. 

I have a question about plastic surgeons in Arizona, specifically Phoenix area.  I have been trying to research surgeons who have a really good reputation with WLC patients as well as those who don't.  It is hard to tell from their websites but can't find any negative reviews about anyone.  I come to Arizona every winter and will be @ my goal by this summer so am looking for any information so I can make an informed decision.  I have a consult scheduled with Summer Daiza MD next month and would like to make a couple of more appointments while I am in the area.  Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
