Hi all, I have posted here a couple of times. I just met with Dr. Fang today, very nice Dr., anyway, I have UHC and when I called them to see what I needed for approval they said nothing about a 6 month diet, but on some paperwork I recieved from Dr. Fangs office it says something about having proof of a 6 month diet?! Do I really need that, or is it just as a precaution? I have had my psych eval., and gone to his required seminars, now I guess I just wait. Also, did it take very long to get approval from UHC?
