I'm not doing well post op

I had RNY on 4/27/06, things were going pretty well while in the hospital. I ended up staying a second day as my pain was not under control. However I was able to eat and drink some. Now that I am home I am finding it difficult to eat and drink anything, even water. I feel nauseous all the time, smells and just the thought of food make me ill. I haven't vomited...yet..but feel as though I am close to it. I know I must be getting dehydrated but I can't get the water down it really makes me ill and even hurts some. I am taking small sips, no straws and very small bites of thinned down food. I just want to sleep. I was wondering if any of you had any advice. I am not sure i am ill enough to go to the ER or even call my DR. thought I'd ask you all first. Thanks, Deb
