2006 AZ WLS Spring Fling!!

Finally! You can circle the date, get a significant other or friend lined up (if you wish ), go shopping for your new dress or suit or post your new size and borrow from the WLS BUDS...... It's official! Spring Fling 2006 is scheduled for FRIDAY, the 28th of April!!!! This can be referred to as the Pre-OP/Post-OP Prom!!!! To be Held at: 1950 West Galveston Chandler, Arizona (same location as last year cuz it's lovely and it's FREE!!!) Details: $10.00 per person due by April 8th via snail mail to: Joyce Plastow 1649 West Manor Street Chandler, AZ 85224 Please include your full name with your check or cash and the names of any guests you will be paying for as well. Ticket can NOT be sold at the door! Dress: Formal to Nice Potluck: Please plan on bringing a Weight Loss Surgery friendly dish to share. It should serve 6 to 12 non-WL folks. 6:30 p.m. Gathering/ Mingle time 7:00 p.m. Sit down for dinner together and enjoy a Guest Speaker! (yet to be confirmed) 8 - 11:00 p.m. Dancing, visiting, pictures, contests, door prizes, FUN, FUN, FUN!!! Please give an RSVP on-line or in private e-mail by March 31st.
