Hello Arizona Board - I'm New.

Thank you to everyone who has responded. I have been sitting on the fence, but the more I have looked into WLS, the more I believe it is the tool that can improve the quality and length of my life. So far... - My insurance approves of the proceedure (now to have them approve mine) - My doctor talked with an endocronologist(?) and a bariatric doctor and said that he is now willing to write a letter recommending the surgery - I have filled out and mailed the paperwork to Scottsdale Bariatric. I thought long and hard about who to go with and I don't believe there's a "right" or "wrong" here. I have not been accepted, but I'm hopeful. I do know that this forum is very theraputic for me.
